LOCATION INFORMATION
OZO Connect collects and uses the location information of delivery personnel through the OZO Connect Delivery Man mobile application.
The application may access the delivery person's precise location when location permission is enabled on the device. Location information is used for delivery-related purposes, including tracking the delivery person's location during active deliveries, providing accurate delivery progress and status updates, assisting the delivery person with navigation, and helping OZO Connect manage and coordinate deliveries.
Location While Using the App
When the delivery person is actively using the OZO Connect Delivery Man application, the application may collect location information to support active deliveries, provide delivery tracking, update delivery status, and assist with navigation to the assigned delivery location.
Background Location
For features that require continuous delivery tracking, OZO Connect may collect the delivery person's location when the application is running in the background, minimized, or when the application is not actively displayed on the device. Background location is used to maintain accurate tracking of an active delivery, provide delivery progress updates, and support the proper operation of delivery-related services.
Background location is not collected for advertising purposes.

Location Permissions
The delivery person can manage location permissions through the settings of their device. If location permission is denied or disabled, certain delivery tracking, navigation, and other location-based features may not function correctly.
The application requests only the location permissions necessary to provide its delivery-related features.
Protection and Retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect location information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Location information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and manage delivery services, maintain relevant delivery records, provide customer support, resolve disputes, improve our services, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. When location information is no longer required, it will be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with our data retention practices.
COOKIES
To improve the responsiveness of the sites for our users, we may use "cookies", or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user's individual interests using the Identified Computer. To make the payment online for availing our services, you have to provide the bank account, mobile financial service (MFS), debit card, credit card information to the OZO Connect platform.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL:
Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing or through email signed with the electronic signature to Grievance Officer.
